Candy Buffet or...

In the past few years we have seen the rise of the candy buffet as the ideal collaboration between party favor and room decor.

A well done candy buffet incorporates numerous candies, many times in the party color scheme, interesting containers, and varying heights. Specialty linens or a simple organza topper adds visual interest to the candy buffet. Our neighborhood candy shop, 42nd Street Candy Company offers a candy buffet service. You can pick from their huge inventory of specialty candies and they can even set everything up and provide you with their beautiful glass containers.

Labels and candy scoops are important details so don't forget about them! Guests want to know what they are eating and they don't want to use their fingers to dig into your candy display. Don't forget the to-go packages, from chinese take out boxes, silver tins, or organza favor bags, your guests are sure to want to take some goodies home for later!

Glass apothecary jars make a beautiful presentation, just watch out for suction top lids. Remove them prior to service to prevent an accident with your guests!

My favorite new twist on the candy buffet is the gourmet popcorn buffet...from cheddar, caramel corn, to candy coated in your wedding colors, it's a unique twist your guests will love! What about a warm cookie buffet? A simple and cost affordable option, serve them up warm with shooters of cold milk for that midnight snack that everyone adores!
Enjoy!
Always,
