Happy Customers Make Us Happy

We recieved an email today from Nancy with Harding Charter Prep School. Harding Charter Prep is a great school located near the theatre.

For the past three years we have had the honor of hosting their annual school auction and senior breakfast. Next year, they are even adding their Prom to our list of events!

Last Thursday they held their annual auction to raise money for the school. The entertainment was great as usual and they raised a bundle! Nancy was also kind enough to send us some feedback from their event....

"Jessica: I wanted to thank you and your staff for helping us make our event last Thursday a success. The staff was wonderful...thank you, the evening was perfect. I especially liked the bartender that night. He was awesome and very helpful...thank you for being so great to work with. Nancy"

The bartender that night was actually Ben, our parties and reunions Event Coordinator. Now you see why we love him and Harding Charter Prep!

Jessica Conder
Jessica is the Lead Event Coordinator and Manager of the Will Rogers Theatre. She has been at Will Rogers Theatre for 3 years after graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Marketing degree.
Office Hours-M-F 8:30AM-4:30AM
Handles-Bookings, Management, Daytime Business Events, Marketing

Justin Lauderdale
Justin is the Wedding Coordinator here at the Will Rogers Theatre. With his penchant for perfection and his vibrant personality you can trust Justin to make sure your wedding day is perfect.

Handles-Wedding Receptions, Wedding Finalizations, Viewings, and all of our beautiful brides

Ben Miller
Ben is our Business and Parties Event Coordinator. Ben has been with the company for many years, working in catering and bartending for events. Ben has an uncanny ability to get it done, simple and easy, he is the perfect compliment to your business party, high school reunion or birthday party.
