From a Recent Bride...

Reception Location: Will Rogers Theater- A++++They truly went above and beyond to make our reception perfect and beautiful. They even helped my coordinator tie the bows on all the chairs and helped me to format the DVD slideshow so it would loop automatically. Service was absolutely excellent and it was a perfect venue for our wedding. I would recommend to anyone! Also large dance area which was a huge plus for us!!

Western Avenue Association Party Tonight!

We are happy to provide our bar services and some very yummy hors d oeuvres to tonight's Western Avenue Association party.

The Western Avenue Association works with participating merchants and restaurants to improve the Western Avenue District, bring awareness and exposure, beautify our neighborhood and pull together for advertising purposes.

The association also hosts some awesome get togethers such as The Taste Of Western, October 23rd here at the Will Rogers Theatre and Walk on Western Wednesdays where our proprietors pull out all the stops with special discounts, sidewalk sales and live music.

Happy Customers Make Us Happy

We recieved an email today from Nancy with Harding Charter Prep School. Harding Charter Prep is a great school located near the theatre.

For the past three years we have had the honor of hosting their annual school auction and senior breakfast. Next year, they are even adding their Prom to our list of events!

Last Thursday they held their annual auction to raise money for the school. The entertainment was great as usual and they raised a bundle! Nancy was also kind enough to send us some feedback from their event....

"Jessica: I wanted to thank you and your staff for helping us make our event last Thursday a success. The staff was wonderful...thank you, the evening was perfect. I especially liked the bartender that night. He was awesome and very helpful...thank you for being so great to work with. Nancy"

The bartender that night was actually Ben, our parties and reunions Event Coordinator. Now you see why we love him and Harding Charter Prep!

Congratulations Candice and Pete!

Another wedding reception done here at the Will Rogers Theatre.

Candice and Pete are one of the sweetest couples we have worked with. Candice had an awesome vision for her wedding reception that included warm fall colors and lots of special details.

The tables were draped in chocolate brown tableclothes and Ivory Toppers. Each chair featured a handtied ribbon and place card. Rich gold chargers and chocolate napkins accented the large candle centerpieces and individual wedding cookie favors.

There were candles and fall flowers galore and the bride and the theatre looked stunning. We can't wait to get pictures back from their photographer and share them with you!

So Congratulations again to Candice and Pete! Your reception here at the Will Rogers Theatre was unforgettable!

Wedding Details...

Our bar is set with special lighting that makes our glassware glow. It is a beautiful and unique touch to the room.
Simple Centerpieces of fresh red roses are always classic and elegant.

We always allow candles to be used for decor. Nothing illuminates your reception like strategically placed candlelight.

This bold black and white cake, paired with red rose petals and champagne became the focal point of the entire room.
